Here are pointers to hardware manufacturers and software publishers most used by Landmark so our clients can go right to the source.

User group

One excellent source of support is Washington’s own Capital PC User Group. CPCUG offers an astonishing number of classes and SIG (Special Interest Group) meetings each month. We attend them now and them and frequently find our clients doing the same. It’s the biggest general-interest PC user group in the country, and a resource too often overlooked.

On-line virtual help desk

Try CMP Media's Tech Helper, which features an FAQ database search, answers to 500 frequently asked questions, tips and tricks gathered from Usenet newsgroups, lists of vendor sites and user groups, 2,000 Windows tips, and pointers to other resources.
